Our 5 Step Process

  1. Area Preparation - The first part of our process is ensuring all debris and loose  items have been removed in the areas being cleaned

  2. Pre-Treatment - The next step in our process is pre-treating the carpet. Our pre-treatment helps break up dirt, soil, and stains.

  3. Steam Cleaning - Next, using our powerful truck mount system we will clean the carpet using either steam cleaning or hot water extraction method depending on the carpet type. 

  4. Extraction - Our truck mount system will extract the dirty water out of the house and into our waste tank. 

  5. Drying - Lastly, we will use our air mover fans as needed,  and turn on ceiling fans for optimal dry times.
